I have a love of bright, shiny things (I think I was a magpie in a previous life!), and also of abstract art. I stumbled across this great freeware application called Chaoscope that allows you to create your own 3D neon glowy fractal-ish pictures. I've been sitting here for over an hour now creating my own masterpieces!It's all very mathmatical and I could never hope to understand how it all works, but there is a very simple tutorial that gets you started - after that, experimenting is easy :)
